Can I skip a week or pause my subscription?
Absolutely. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. We just ask for 48 hours notice before your next delivery date so we can adjust our sourcing.
What if my guinea pig is a fussy eater?
We get it — some piggies are particular. Every box comes with a mix of ingredients, so there's always something they'll love. If your pig consistently avoids certain items, let us know and we'll adjust future boxes to suit their preferences.
Do you cater for guinea pigs with bladder stone history?
Yes. All our recipes are designed to be low in calcium by default, which is important for urinary health. If your piggy has specific dietary requirements, our team can recommend the best meal plan. Just drop us a message.
How do you keep the vegetables fresh during delivery?
We use insulated, plastic-free packaging made from recycled materials and natural wool liners. Vegetables are packed in compostable pouches and stay fresh for up to 3 days after delivery when stored in the fridge.
Is the hay included in every box?
Yes. Every box includes a generous portion of premium timothy hay or orchard grass — the foundation of a healthy guinea pig diet. We source our hay from British farms and it arrives fresh and fragrant.
How many guinea pigs does each box size serve?
The Nibbler is designed for 1 guinea pig, The Pair for 2, and The Herd for 3-4. Each box contains enough fresh food for a full week's meals alongside their regular hay supply.
Are your recipes vet-approved?
Every recipe is developed in consultation with exotic animal veterinarians and guinea pig nutrition specialists. We follow the latest research on cavy dietary needs, with a focus on vitamin C intake, appropriate calcium levels, and unlimited fibre.
